POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND DISCLAIMERS

CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND CREDIT POLICY:

PAYMENTS

• Any outstanding balance from a previous season must be paid in full before a child can participate in the current season.
  
  
• Payments made for the current season will be applied to any unpaid balance from a previous season until the account is settled.
  
  

REFUNDS

• All enrollment cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to oc@soccershots.com.
  
  
• Please include the participant’s first and last name and the class you wish to cancel.
• Cancellations after the season begins will be prorated from the date of your request, based on the number of remaining classes (regardless of attendance).
  
  
  

Refunds or Credits

• Refunds/credits are not provided for missed sessions due to personal reasons (e.g., travel, illness, schedule conflicts).
  
  
• Refunds/credits will not be issued for failure to attend scheduled make-up sessions.
  
  
• Unused credits are non-transferable to other accounts and are not refundable, regardless of participant age.
  
  
• The Annual Enrollment Fee (charged once every 365 days) is non-refundable and cannot be waived.
  
  

WEATHER POLICY

• Classes may be canceled due to extreme weather (heat, cold, poor air quality, or heavy rain) at Soccer Shots' discretion.
  
  
• We often wait until the day of class for a final decision. Families will receive notifications via text and email as soon as a cancellation is confirmed.
  
  
• Attending class in inclement weather is always at your discretion.
  
  

MAKE-UP CLASSES

• Make-up sessions cannot be scheduled for individual absences due to personal reasons (vacation, illness, etc.).
  
  
• Whenever possible, we will use indoor space during inclement weather. If no indoor space is available, Soccer Shots schedules one make-up class per season for cancellations (e.g., coach absence, weather, or park closure).
  
  
• Additional cancellations will not be eligible for refunds or future class vouchers.
  
  
• Make-up sessions may be held on a different day or time from the original class.
  
  
• If a make-up class cannot be scheduled, a credit for one or two sessions may be issued, depending on the circumstances.
  
  

SEASON CANCELLATIONS

• A minimum of five participants per session is required two weeks after the first session for the program to continue.
  
  
• If a program is canceled due to low enrollment, Soccer Shots will attempt to place participants in another program or issue a prorated refund.
  
  
• Cancellation notices will be sent typically not less than 48 hours before the session.
• If a program is canceled after the season starts, families will receive a prorated refund for canceled sessions.
  
  

DISCOUNTS

• Sibling and Military discounts must be requested before registering.
  
  
• Only one coupon code can be applied per family.
  
  

TRANSFER POLICY

• Transfers are allowed within the same season as long as space is available in the new program.
  
  

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL POLICY

• A parent or guardian must remain on-site for the entire duration of all Public or Park Classes to ensure child safety.
  
  

For classes held at schools right before pick-up time: Parents should arrive a few minutes before the class ends.
